Sometimes frustrating but extremely useful
What do you like best? I think the ability to do several different things were helpful. I used the software for student admissions and it was helpful to filter students based on acceptance and sort them in a way that would allow me to send custom emails to them. Difficult to use, poor user design
What do you like best? Stores all the information for clients/members. Reports provide necessary info. What do you dislike? Everything else. You cannot access all of the client's info in one space and the user design is not intuitive to new users. Reports are difficult to generate. The most efficient CRM tool I have ever used
What do you like best? This tool is basically a customer relationship tool. The best part is it is cloud-based. You can integrate this with other Microsoft tools as well. This tool supports different mobile platforms like iOS, Android, windows as well. It supports multi-user data entry at the same point of time.
