What do you like best about Microsoft Access? Access is what we turn to when the data becomes too overwhelming on Excel. It's great for managing relational data. What do you dislike about Microsoft Access? Access has the same downsides as other Microsoft software: Bugs, challenging to use, and has a long learning curve. PROS: I had no choice but to swiftly acquire Microsoft Access on my first job. That job involves being in a research setting for a well-known hospital. I was a bit worried that the UI can be challenging to get over with. Fortunately, it didn't being unsolvable.
