Just what I was looking for

I started using mHelpDesk about a year ago and have found it to be a great help. I have experience with some open source content management systems and was looking at putting a solution together myself, but I didn't have time to do this and try to get my business off the ground at the same time. Seriously Helped My Business

I run a window washing business and Mhelpdesk has helped me to keep track of my staff, quickly and accurately invoice and just generally manage my business. I'd highly recommend this app to anyone with a small business.

By far the BEST customer service I've experienced!!

From the very first phone call all the way to getting our account set up and customized, I've never experienced such genuine people that actually care. The software alone is great, but what really separated Mhelpdesk from the competition is the support they provide. We tried jobber, razor..something and hindsite and all three were not even close to what Mhelpdesk has and supports. I would recommend this to EVERYONE and ANYTONE that has a service based business. Has helped me out tons with organization

I started using Mhelpdesk after starting my commercial cleaning company. I had been doing everything the old school way with pen and paper the way my father still runs his business. I got introduced to Mhelpdesk by an associate and now I am always organized, I do not have a huge stack of paper work to go through everyday, and I can keep track of all my jobs right from my iPhone! Works great and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable.
