Good traffic, great support

Made up my mind to leave a review and stumbled upon other opinions. Overall I’d have to say I agree - the traffic and the publishers are totally satisfying. What I don’t get is why some folks criticize the support team, cuz from my personal experience the service is way above average, and I’ve had plenty of cases to compare with.
