Perfect CRM for busy Sales Reps and Sales Manager
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? simple user format with out to much information but all if more information is needed then you can customize fields to reflect the data you need for your business! I also love the customer service - if I have a question I have options to contact - email, chat window & phone - and Method actually answeres their phones :) What aspects are problematic or could work better? Quick response and excellent service
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? The applicaation is easy to use, excellent support available, we share portal link with clients to view their account info and transactions. What aspects are problematic or could work better? Sending emails from MethodCRM has been challenging for us, we had to switch to use o365 as a workaround. Using email templates to send to clients doesn't always populate the client data, this is a bit frustrating. What features/services ...

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? If you are working with QB, this is the product to use. The integration was seamless and my client was up and using it very quickly. What aspects are problematic or could work better? I've noticed that when the sync engine is operating, there is a slow-down of QB. There are some settings that are not easily added are usable without a customization. This can get costly and is difficult to do on your own. Saved me from outgrowing QuickBooks
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Two years ago, our IT expert thought it was time to move from QuickBooks to NetSuite during a stage of rapid growth. We indeed needed efficiencies between our accounting and rest of the company. But the cost of leaving QuickBooks and adopting a new system would be massive. Product potential but support is POOR
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? The product was easy to install and establish a link with QuickBooks Enterprise. I like that fact that it is web based for ease of access no matter where you are.
