Great customer support
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? So far from the little bit of experience I've had with Method I have been very pleased with their customer support and flow of the software. A comprehensive tool that stores so much customer information
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Method CRM is quite comprehensive. It can store so much customer information, is customizable, and the search capabilities are very good. What aspects are problematic or could work better? I encountered some problems with consistency in integration with QB's online. We always have problems with it running on our Citrix server and losing connection with QB's. We have to constantly get a hold of our IT guys to re-sync them. It may ...

Add needed functionality to QuickBooks Online with Method CRM
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? QuickBooks Online does not have the function to enter internal notes for the invoices for the salespeople to review without the customer knowing on their statements. And we no longer have to give out statements to customers anymore when we can give them customer portals instead to clarify which transactions the customers have paid for and what they have still open and pending. Perfect integration with QuickBooks Online and Method:CRM
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Integration with Quickbooks and Mailchimp is perfect. You have everything you need a click away like invoices, estimates but also you can export your clients to a specific list in Mailchimp. Love it. What aspects are problematic or could work better?
