One time billing / PREPAYMENT
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Works with Quickbooks... that is the only reason we purchased it. What aspects are problematic or could work better? Did not end up working with our particular needs. The biggest problem is that we prepaid everything up front which was over $2,000. When we decided not to use it anymore we could not get our money back. Instead of cancelling, I dropped our plan to the lowest cost in case we ever wanted to revisit the product. 18 ...

Great platform
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? The platform is very clean, easy to navigate and provides everything I needed in a CRM. What aspects are problematic or could work better? The customization aspect is hard for me. I know code and I edit wordpress websites a lot but the editing tables, forms, and screens are all so interconnected you had to update one and then go and update another to have everything working correctly. Ultimate customizability - almost anything can be modified, added, removed, adjusted, etc. to your pleasure, letting you make it perfect for your business. PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? The best aspects of this product is the 'easy going' use of it. It is linked to Quickbooks so we could track the process from quotes to invoices. New to Method CRM, but so far so good
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Typically using a software is clunky in the beginning, this is very intuitive. I like how you can customize it.
