Simple, easy to contact

I wanted to send SMS for clothing webshop to my clients and Messagebird was on Google easy found. They help me set up account and now I text my customers with special offer. Very nice! Chat is easy in the website.

Documentatie erg sterk gecombineerd met veel voorbeeldcodes. Daarnaast een ontzettend vriendelijke klantenservice die snel reageert.Werken er nu één jaar mee en ik kan niet anders dan het aanraden. MessageBird, top bezig!

Great and professional help

I signed up a week ago and really don't understand some of the negative comments here. I also did pay with the company credit card and it said it took 24 hours to approve - yes, that's longer than normal but I was buying for a decent amount - and eventually they did approve within I believe a few hours. Awful, awful service - Use someone else!

I signed up with MessageBird this week and was impressed with their user interface and the cost of the service.After sending a couple of test SMS I quickly supplied my company and the company payment details to them in order to get started.However, 24 hours later, following several emails from myself to them, they informed me that they needed to 'approve my payment' by asking for details about my company (which had already been supplied).Checking with my card issuer, I saw that THEY HAD ...

Simple and effective software

I'm using this service to send order updates to my customers. I've shopped around and there is no other service as simple to use as message bird. I can't remember the first time I topped up but the most recent time my credit was processing for more than a day. I reached out using the telephone number and the staff sorted it for me within the hour. I can't fault this service.

Worst customer support.

Technically, their service is similar to other SMS messaging providers (well their documentation is a bit better than others). Their prices are competitive. But their customer support is awful or completely missing.After testing their service (they give you 10 free "credits" for testing) I purchased more using Paypal.
