Mainly it's virtual appreciate platform which iam noticing it for the first time i feel so good when my manager or my colleague praise me and wish me out even though if they are not sitting with me or celebrating it ! I feel equally happy like celebrating when everyone wishes through mesh.

"A tool to take effective review"
