"Handy Performance Management Tool"
What do you like best about Mesh? Mesh has proved to be an excellent tool for managers and reporters by closing the loop of effective, transparent & productive communication via 1:1 meetings and reviews. In addition, tracking OKRs, dashboarding & analytics and appreciating the contribution of deserving ones has never been more accessible. The performance evaluation at Mesh is something we're launching next at the moment; I believe that we could benefit from it the same way.

What do you like best about Mesh? The best thing about Mesh is the alignment of company goals to individual goals. We can see our contribution or work creates an impact on the company. It also enables us to ask the right questions to our manager and helps in better self-evaluation.

"Intuitive Tool with easy functionality"
What do you like best about Mesh? The tool is very easy to use to input your goals, add your objectives, track your metrics. Like the way the team updates can be seen if its public. You can also appreciate your peers for their good work!
