Very responsive. Not sure if they’re honest though. Clay refused to give me his last name over the phone, but Roger Kean had no issue doing so through email. Weird guy flat out said I’m not giving you my last name. Wth lol. I did receive my refund though. So there is that

WORST SERVICE EVER

WORST SERVICE EVER! They ask for a lot of absurd documents and requirements. The processing time of deposit is so long and they even ask where you use your own money. I rather use privacy.com than them. Not good for processing a bit high transaction for they will surely be a pain in the ass. KYC is absurd they ask a lot like DL, bank statement and I gave them what they need after a week when I use the money I deposited they ask again documents and even ask where I spend the money which is ...
