Excellent Product, Excellent Support

What do you like best? Merlin's hosted solution is exceptionally reliable and well supported. Its software interface is intuitive. Its database allows us quickly to retrieve the content we need, when we need it. What do you dislike? Merlin's web and client software does not correctly display Unicode characters from beyond the basic ASCII character set.
