What do you like best about Merge? The seamless experience provided to our customers during onboarding. We help our customers sync data across HRIS and ATS platforms. There are dozens of vendors at play; this allows us to sell to a broader segment and unblocks us during onboarding. Our CSM is excellent at resolving issues quickly when we do have issues. They are also receptive to feedback and have been improving the reliability of the platform.

What do you like best about Merge? There's a lot to like. Their Common Data Model abstracts away the details when integrating with HRIS and Directory providers. It lets you quickly build consistent integrations with a variety of systems. When you start bumping into the limits of their models, they make it easy to see the raw data from the remote system. What do you like best about Merge? Merge gives an easy solution for our customers to connect their HR platforms to our platform to increase our value proposition to our customers. The tool minimizes the effort needed to connect to multiple platforms while enabling us to reach a broader addressable market. Furthermore, they have a great customer success team that is super responsive. This is important when a quick turnaround on customer issues is needed.
