"Get to market quickly with many integrations"
What do you like best about Merge? Merge has great documentation and support. Quick access to the team in a shared Slack channel to debug development and production issues. This helps our engineering team quickly get unstuck and gets us to market with a bunch of ticketing integrations.

"Extremely solid integration intermediary tool"
What do you like best about Merge? We use Merge exclusively for HRIS connections, however my experience has been overall excellent. The amount of heavy lifting that the API normalization does for us in making the various HRIS systems usable by our own application is enormous (which would take huge amounts of developer work to do). The UI is also extremely clean, and makes getting a grasp on our setup very easy.

"Review for using Merge.Dev"
What do you like best about Merge? The solution engineer was super insightful and presented in a very informative way and made everything easy to understand. The demo presentations were also super thought out, and I could tell they were putting themselves in the customer's shoes when they put it together. For example, they include possible road blocks, design decisions we would have to make, and possible solutions to address them.
