Terrible Customer Service
Terrible Customer Service! It is nearly impossible to get someone on the phone or get a response via email. They are responsive at first when you are getting set up and when they need something from you. Other than that, good luck getting someone to respond. They withheld our payouts for over 2 months due to their security protocols. Something to beware of, as this can be very detrimental to your company.

Finally I was able to talk to a human…
Finally I was able to talk to a human being to address my issue with completing my Clover Security questionnaire. I'm thankful that when I finally got to talk to a person (after a 20 minute wait), I got Evan. He solved the problem very quickly and also took measures to make my recertification much easier next time around. Overall, he was very professional, efficient, and quick. Thank you Evan!
