Dawn was a pleasure to work with

Dawn was a pleasure to work with. I was very unhappy about a transaction that I conducted a few days ago. Not only did she calm me down with her professionalism but resolved my issue within minutes and making sure I had all the documents to make me feel comfortable. She has very good customer service skills and I wish her the best in her career at Merchant one. I don’t have my merchant ID handy , but this is Sophie’s Coffeehouse in Massachusetts.

Dawn is the best at achieving success.

Dawn was quick and made my day so much better. She was so knowledgeable, and her skill set in so many different areas was amazing. Customer Service skill was awesome. So kind and so efficient. Still on hold

Just started using merchant one for my new business the reps are quick to sign you up for service my rep Brandon never answers his phone or returns calls ,customer service is horrible …when they say 24-7 support you will be on hold 24-7 I have been on hold all morning three times after 15 minutes your call is disconnected also the transaction fees are higher than I was told it..,. It would be nice to to get some help !

I have called Merchant One several…

I have called Merchant One several times since I started my account and have been put on hold for longggggggg periods of time. This time I got BENNY and she was so great. Fixed the problem immediately and shared how to get in touch with her in the future if more problems arise. I have been to the point in frustration I was ready to cancel. BENNY gave me hope.
