Customer service is 100% terrible

Customer service is 100% terrible! Was ready to cancel becuase when I opened my account, it was a new business account. They charge $.01 to see if the account is active. Since it was brand and no money in it... they charged me a $50 fee, a $35 fee, and when I got my bill at end of month.... another $25 fee. Got to jump through hoops to get your money back. Most customer service isnt helpful. Going with Square as Mechant one quotes low rates and then charges 2-3 times that.
