Their customer service is horrible
Their customer service is horrible. No one answers the phones, and they don't return calls. They say that chat and messages are the best options, but they must be fixed because they don't work. I had a chargeback, and they have yet to notify me. The fees are horrible!

Learn from my mistake… DO NOT USE MERCHANT ONE THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Once you realize this Then they charge you $295 to cancel, seriously do not believe what they tell you BEWARE
