Tanya is the picture of EXCELLENT customer service

Tanya was SOOOOO NICE!!!! Tanya handles her customers with such care & professionalism- it was SOO GREAT to be able to deal with a CSR that wanted to actually help and not just tell you where to find the info. She went out of her way to send me the information to my cell as it wasn't coming thru the email fast enough for me to see. I had taught CSR reps Sales & Service classes years ago and if I had a company, I would have her teach my new reps- WHAT GREAT SERVICE I GOT TODAY-
