Long Wait but Helpful Agents
Customer service is great once you can get someone on the line. Dawn receives 5 stars for her support and good nature. Overall it is a 4 star rating because hold times are much too long and the incessant advertising while on hold is particularly annoying. The call back option is quite effective and the agents that return the call are always very helpful.

The call was great and helpful
Thr call was great and helpful. I waited til the next bill cycle to see of anything had changed. They still charge double what os owed from an accounts payable account. Which retains little more value thwn what is owed. This continuously results in fees to merchant one for them collecting money beyond what was ever owed. Penalties for not paying double, and penalties with the bank. Sorry it all put. And THEY WILL REPEAT OT AGAIN NEXT MONTH.
