I am not happy with the service I keep…

I am not happy with the service I keep trying to get help with the lease of this equipment for 2 week now I have been giving the wrong number, the wrong contacts, the wrong email, the fax number not working keep failing call no one available I get transfer to what I was told was the right agent to help me stated my number is not in network district an it just hang up on me.

My agent was very attentive

My agent was very attentive, then she showed empathy.went above and beyond to help when I ordered the wrong pos equipment.with intelligence and smartness she was able to get me the right product without I hanging up the call. Great customer service

Great customer service. Arian provided needed information and was able to quickly answer all my questions. I am very pleased with Merchant One. As a small business owner I have found Merchant One to be an outstanding value for my business.

Customer beware

When we signed up, we were told it would be a $10 a month fee and no other hidden fees. They asked about how much a year we did in credit card sales and we told them we were a small company so probably around three to $5000. After the first three months, we get a bill for $40 we call them up and it’s because we did not have any sales for two months on credit cards. We canceled the subscription and then they turned around and charged us $250 for the little credit card Scanner which might’ve ...

They double charge every month

They double charge every month. Pay all of their made up fees and next month they'll double charge again. Sit on hold for 20 minutes to have the automated system hang up on you (37 times in 4 straight business days) scheduled call backs or sms communication never come. They're dishonest crooks incapable of operating a calculator and customer service is provided better by a decaying squirrel carcus. This company makes known scams look like a God send compared to their actual business model.

Worst customer service ever

Worst customer service ever! I am trying to cancel our service because the customer service is horrible. When i call in i wait in hold for about 20-25 minutes, then the call just hangs up. Now i am trying to cancel and the only way is to fax in a piece of paper but their fax machine is not working. So now waiting on hold/getting the call disconnected trying to resolve.
