Long hold times
Long hold times. Get disconnected after long time on hold. First agent I spoke to did not resolve my issue, but the second agent did it!

Smooth and easy!
We had to close our account and was dreading the call due to horror stories I have heard about other merchant company's. But surprise surprise to me! No issues at all it was quick and easy! Celise was amazing and prompt!

The customer support person that…
The customer support person that finally helped me was great. Earlier, the company sales person misrepresented the terms of the contract, with added fees driving the cost way up. Calling rarely gets to a support person. No call back when that option is selected.
