Do NOT USE MERCHANT ONE!! You’re drawn toward their low credit card fees but you get even lower support!! Beside horrid customer service, endless long hold times, days of trying to reach a support person, multiple attempts failed; it gets worse… my company completed a $20,000 sales transaction they are holding hostage due to the invoice not showing “what they believe to be correct verbiage.” They took the money from my customer and will not release the funds to me nor back to my customer, ...

Everything was great..initially. The fees quoted etc are misleading. We were charged a very high rate due to low minimum so they dont really work with any business size. Contacted sales rep Steve) via email -after one response he never responded again. Called and rep seemed helpful was going to try and get fees adjusted and would call back. She did not. Called again and used online contact form. So far..nothing

I was trying to help my husband with our business while he is in the hospital. Corwin walked me through the entire process. He really taught me how to complete the process. I hope that if I need help again, I will get Corwin.
