Horrible customer service

The Representative Marc Lindor indicated he gave our company so many credits ( WHERE)? He gave a credit of 24.50 so he says but it never got credited to my bank 9/1/2020 He refuses to fix this and further more I was promised 2 more credits of 24.50 that were charged in February 2023 and March 2023 in the amount of 24.50 so now 73.50 is now due and we NEVER GET Any CALL BACKS Furthermore since i have another company and i have asked him to provide all the credits he has given for Fort ...

Angry Client Needing Help

When I called the toll-free number, I was already upset. After I was on hold for half hour, I was angry. I was thoroughly pissed, and was planning to cancel my agreement with you. Subsequently, a pleasant, confident and soothing voice came on the line and completely disarmed me. He handled Everything I needed and made me feel like a puppy getting a belly-rub, satisfied.
