I’ve only been a client of Merchant One for a short time, but the customer service I received in that time has been horrendous. I’ve been trying to get an issue resolved for over a month now, and nobody ever contacts me back. We are actually looking for a new POS System with a new provider that actually follows up when a client needs help.
