Stay away from This Company They will…
Stay away from This Company. They will offer you Free Clover System if you keep they services for one year However I keep it for five years and now They asking me to return the clover system after I decided to cancel the service. Not only They wants the clover back after five years they also charged me $225 for no reason. Very Dishonest company! Save your time and money and go to Square.

Andre Clark is perhaps the greatest asset to the company. He found where the issue was regarding s payment thay wasn't applied, and over charges incurred to me as a result. He personally apologized and worked diligently to correct the issue. I am currently waiting for a refund that he requested on my behalf, after others gave me a run around and refused to even listen to my statement. Kira is very helpful. is the bright spot in the death hole that is Merchant One.
Merchant One as a company is very unprofessional and does not help with any issue in a timely fashion. However, the customer service representative Kira did an excellent job. She was very nice and did everything she could to help although she has limited capabilities for other departments, she was very helpful and knew who I was every time (and there were many, many calls) and she replied with emails as well. She is very caring and understanding. She is the bright spot in the death hole ...
