Best customer service I've had in a while!!
Andre Clark was phenomenal and went above and beyond to help me and answer all my questions. I would have to say this is the best customer service I've ever had with this company. Many of the times I've called before, I've always gotten the runaround, but he gave me tons of information and straight-forward answers. Merchant One, this man should be the standard for ALL your customer support reps, and he deserves a raise!!

I received excellent customer service. The customer service person was Mrs. Evans. She was Patient kind and understanding my situation. Excellent customer service. In my opinion she deserves more than 5 stars. I was so sad to have to close my account, but because my machines are down and no more money to invest in the machines, I was forced to close the account.
