The customer support person that…
The customer support person that finally helped me was great. Earlier, the company sales person misrepresented the terms of the contract, with added fees driving the cost way up. Calling rarely gets to a support person. No call back when that option is selected.

Mr Watson was great at what he was doing he got my service canceled and he weighed my cancellation fee also due to a house fire I had on October 3rd and lost everything I earned I really appreciate it and he is a very good representative
