Shakira was absolutely the best…
Shakira was absolutely the best customer service rep I think I’ve ever had or at least in a long time. She understood easily and I did t have to repeat everything over and over which seems to be a common thing anymore. 5 star for sure!

READ this BEFORE you signup - Bogus Fees and Bad Cust Service
I signed up with Clover/MerchantOne because of the advertised 1.99%. EVERY transaction I charged was subject to a higher percentage because the customer did not put in their entire address with zip code, even though card was present, ID was present, and everything else was compliant. When was the last time you added your entire address when you checked out at a coffee shop, or restaurant, or clothing store, or Anywhere?? My Average rate was 6%, yes, you read that right 6% on all ...

They are okay as long as you do not need help
They are okay as long as you do not have any problems. I’ve been trying to get an issue resolved since March. It took months to talk with a live person. That was after countless emails, text and voicemails. They only took care of a third of the problems and now they will not respond to follow-up emails. After assuring me they would help me to get this matter resolved. They used to be a good company. I guess we can just assume this is just another crappy workforce issue.
