I’ve been with Merchant One for approximately 6 years. I always liked them but found my fees were increasing . I was having trouble with my credit card machine and I called the machines brand company , I was talked into having another merchant company take over and my fees would be better. Please do not trust this company

Please do not trust this company; It absolutly is a scammer. They absolutely lied on the commissions. I was told it is 1.5% for qualified transactions. They told me only international transactions are non-quailifed but almsot all of the dometic debit cards and credit cards is non-qualified. Then the actuall rate is at least 3%-7%. They also held $1800$ and asked for tons of documents including all bank statement, your business photos and previous merchant service statments and more . After ...
