Great knowledge of the portal

The agent helping me, Tanya, was able to clarify our transaction history; that which had me somewhat confused. We even got disconnected at one point, and Tanya called me back in a reasonable time frame. Kudos to Miss Tanya, she was awesome!

This call went from a I-need-to-cancel-this service to a more informed and grateful customer. I received a bill for $72.03 during a time (July 2024) that I was on vacation and only submitted $75 by customer credit card. The amount submitted to my bank was $2.97. That got my attention. I called and talked to Shakira who put me on hold. I thought this isn't going to go well.
