Shakira put my mind at ease with my PCI compliance. After calling Clover who had me calling 5 different numbers and 40 minutes and got nowhere, I gave up. I then called Merchant One and left a message. Shakira called me back apologized for my inconvenience with Clover.(even though she had nothing to do with them) Shakira stated she would take care of everything and will put me on hold while she does it.
