Unethical Practice

I submitted an application to the company for processing software for my website, and the agent collected all my sensitive information before the approval process. Just a few minutes later, I received an email stating that my application was denied. While I don’t mind the denial itself, I find it concerning that they gathered all my sensitive information upfront. That practice feels untrustworthy.

Ryan is amazing!

Ryan is amazing, he went above and beyond to help our business and resolved weeks of issues with just one call. I would give him 10 stars if it were an option. I was not asked to rate any other experience with the many customer service reps and tech support folks we had spoken too over the last few weeks, from flat out rude conversation, not following through with service items or requests, or responding as promised, we were about to change processing companies until we talked to Ryan!

Horrible customer service.

Horrible customer service.. EVERY TIME, EVERY TIME we call we can never get a real person on the phone after they make you wait for 45 min each time.. this is every single time.. I would never do business with them in my life time.

Reassurance

After calling clover, being hung up upon without talking to anyone, being transferred to Merchant One, then being sent back to Clover and then sent back to Merchant one.......I FINALLY found Tanya who was able to answer a simple question and give me the reassurance I was seeking!

I Started Looking for My Legal Remedies

Be’Neshia Gomillion not responding my email since July. I also tried to reach owner of the company and sent some emails to their support/info mail addresses, no response. I told them that I suspected that my sensitive information had been stolen by one of the employees, no one cares. I had no choice but to seek the matter through legal means..
