Had an issue where my account had not been successfully closed
Had an issue where my account had not been cancelled and I was getting billed months after I tried to cancel. Turns out my email was blocked and the sales team never received it. Kelvin helped get the account closed and is working on a refund for me. I would have given this 5 stars but it did take quite awhile to get this resolved (no fault of Kelvin's) and I dont know for certain I will be fully refunded
