Frustrated
I was frustrated that I could not find our company statements. When I logged into the account it kept showing as being closed in 2022. We just started with the system in June of 2024. When I called the number on my email it was the wrong number. However, the gentleman was able to give me the right number. This is when I spoke with Austin with Merchant One. Unethical Practice
I submitted an application to the company for processing software for my website, and the agent collected all my sensitive information before the approval process. Just a few minutes later, I received an email stating that my application was denied. While I don’t mind the denial itself, I find it concerning that they gathered all my sensitive information upfront. That practice feels untrustworthy.
