Worst customer service experience imaginable
Their customer service is an absolute train wreck. I have spent cumulative HOURS on the phone trying to make a single change.. mostly been on hold, transferred, dropped more times than I care to count. When I finally get through to someone they say "oh I can't do that it's gotta be ___" and they transfer me, which goes back to the phone tree, which drops me 9 times out of 10 after being on hold for 30+ minutes.. I was finally able to update some information, rep said it'd be finalized by ...

Customer service
Your agent, Arvid, contacted the department that had our account on hold. He followed through and contacted me as to where the procedure was at and then followed up the next day as to what to expect and what I could do to alleviate this in the future. I really appreciated that he made me feel like a valued customer.
