Service Award for 2024
The agent was a good listener. He understood my issues and handled each one with a proactive attitude. He was professional and did his due diligence to resolve my issues. I was about ready to leave Merchant One. This agent changed my mind for me. I've been with you folks for a few years and plan on staying with the kind of service I received today. He explained the issue and is working to get the problem corrected. Agent who signed me up with Merchant One had misrepresented the terms and had not properly submitted my EIN number causing me to be charged an INVALID TIN charge

clerical mistake
I was mistakenly charged for a month that I did not have service and Vincent took care of it and even returned my call when we were cut off.
