Vincent with Merchant One was the only person to take the time to help after over an hr with Clover and various services. I got bounced around & transferred 9 times. I finally opted to call the main number at Merchant One and got connected to Vincent. He took the time to listen to what I was having a problem with and checked with a supervisor to find a solution. We had an unexplained charge to our account. I had tried several times to reach our original contact person with no success (apparently we did not get credit for returning a card reader). When I contacted Customer Service and spoke with Kira, she couldn't have been more helpful. She explained the charge, and walked me through the process of fixing the problem. Kira was good after going through the…

Kira was good after going through the ordeal of their cancelation department. She reviewed the emails and determined they had in fact overstepped their authority and refused to cancel the service. She apologized and refunded the funds. She was pleasant, easy to work with and determined to resolve the issues and accept the responsibility for her failed peers.
