Arvid gave amazing customer service. I knew my call was going to be a long one and usually representatives do not have the patience but not him, Arvid really took his time. Answered every question I had and if he didn’t know the answer he asked and got the right answer from his manager I really appreciate the time he took to answer all my questions!

THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD IN CUSTOMER SERVICE I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND AND WILL DO EVERYTHING I CAN TO TELL EVERYONE THIS IS A HORRIBLE COMPANY HOLDING SMALL BUSINESS FUNDS FOR NO REASON. I HAVE GIVEN YOU EVERYTHING NEEDED AND STILL WASTED MY TIME. Vincent smartly understood the issue…

Vincent smartly understood the issue and rather transferring the call to sales person which previous executives did and made me wait for almost 30 mins on call. He got a solution and worked on it which was hardly 2 mins process and send me an email to confirm things were in action. Thank you so much Vincent.

Excellent Customer Service

Very Knowledgeable, friendly and was able to handle my concerns. I had called and was told to call 2 other numbers, none of them were able to help me. Then I called and was on hold for over 20 minutes, the automated machine read my phone number back to me and said someone would call me back, Austin was the one that called me back and took care of everything.
