Don't walk away. RUN!
I don't understand how their reviews are so high. I can't reach my "dedicated rep" nor can I get a hold of anyone at Customer Service. I have been disconnected multiple times. And, our discount rate is more than TWICE what they said it would be and nearly twice what we were already paying. Really disappointing.
