Kira is an absolute sweetheart
Kira is an absolute sweetheart! I was having so much trouble logging in to our account and could not figure out what I was doing incorrectly. I still don't know, but it doesn't matter. Kira took charge of the entire issue, walked me through it and was able to restore my access. Absolute perfection. I wish all tech support personnel were that technically competent and patient. Lucky me!

Kelvin was awsome
Kelvin was awsome, he was patient, he explained everthing to me, he made sure I understood everything. I had called a couple times before and I was left on hold, and disconnected, and I didn't get the help until I was fortunate to speak to Kelvin. We own a small family business (OLD GOATS GARAGE) Mechanic shop, we are not a huge company, and it was nice to be treated to good, Kelvin was very professional and patient. Horrible Customer Service .
Horrible Customer Service .. wait time is unacceptable. Only used them for 1 week and it took 7 calls with them to get our equipment working and they were so rude. Cancelled ASAP. Would not recommend. And the answer of " oh your company was not set up to accept MasterCard" was the most RIDICULOUS thing I have heard. And bc of that, we lost lost a $4K sale

Easier than you think.
