Very pooooooorrrrrrrrrrrrr customer services They keep you on line for more than an hour and finally hang on you. i had a problem with my POS and i was a month without system and when i switch to another company they black listed me as a risky company. All my sells for 2 weeks,when a call to request them to closed out and deposit the money in to our bank, a lady told me and i have the conversation on record that they will return the money to customers and till today i never receive my ...

Kira is amazing, Why I am staying with Clover Go
Kira is amazing, I was transferred around the world, and had all but given up on Clover Go and Kira to the rescue. She is amazing, and deserves a raise! She not only fixed my problem, but helped me understand why the deposit hadn't gone into my account, and how to fix my account going forward as well as understanding why our account wasn't in compliance. Kira is an absolute sweetheart
Kira is an absolute sweetheart! I was having so much trouble logging in to our account and could not figure out what I was doing incorrectly. I still don't know, but it doesn't matter. Kira took charge of the entire issue, walked me through it and was able to restore my access. Absolute perfection. I wish all tech support personnel were that technically competent and patient. Lucky me!

Celine was the BEST
Celine was the BEST! She helped me more today than all 14 other people I have spoke to in the last 34 days from PaySafe.
