Bad Business practices and liars!

We have been working with Merchant One for 2 plus years now and can honeslty say they are THE WORST card service company we have dealth with. They add on extra charges they dont even talk about up front with you and make up a variety of different charges along they year and tell you cost are going to go up. They are hard to get ahold of via phone and take forever to fix issues. We just had a large transaction we did with our own card trying to buy from our own business. At first they said ...

Post sales support is non existent - STAY AWAY

Post sales support is non existent. Dont fall for these guys scam. It's a sales boiler room. They are great and all about you until you sign up. I run around 50K a month for a few years with no issues. I had an issue and needed support and zero luck getting ahold of anyone. 30 minutes wait times and the person that takes your call is a low level person that cant do anything. Tell you it will go to "management" and you will get a return call. Never call back. Stuck in this same doom loop for ...
