Great customer Service!!
Our company over the years have used MANY credit card processing service, but by far Merchant One has been the best with Customer Service. You can always speak to a representative, and they are always polite, informative and take care of your problem on the first call! I would, and have recommended Merchant One to others! A completely crap service, go elsewhere
A completely crap service. I've had multiple issues with this company holding funds despite having set up high limits and notifying them we have a lot of keyed transactions. The claim they do 24 hour turn around on funds, but it's a complete lie. After the account was active and we'd began using the service, they asked for additional documentation on our business and refused to deposit funds.
