If I could give the negative stars ⭐️ I would. Absolute worst credit processing company EVER right in line with First Data. Processing fees all over the map up one week down the next. I understand the fees are based on cards as well as business. It’s an absolute shame that small businesses get the shaft when it comes to fees. Example.. $78 dollars to process $700. FREAKING OUTRAGEOUS!! If you can… avoid this company like the plague. They are liars and thieves!!!

Very pleased with the fast response on the issues we have. Errol Batist, the customer tech support, was quick to identify the issue we have and worked with his team to have our machines reprogrammed to fix the problem. Machines in all 3 stores were fixed within a couple of hours. Thanks for the great support!

Everyone was so helpful in getting me to the right people to set up the app and the tech support walked me through the entire process. The very efficient and effective combination of app and card reader made every transaction simple and uncomplicated. Far easier to use than the Square.
