Superman Mark
Today I found myself and my business in terrible financial shape. I could not accept regular debit transactions and this is our only form of payment accepted. Upon calling into Merchant One I spoke with Mark who was beyond my expectations, understanding and so professional and knowledgeable of what i needed to do. I cannot express how completely relaxed I was after the call that we would be back up and running within minutes of the call. Mark is the meaning of EXPERT CUSTOMER SERVICE.
