Great Customer Service!
We had a customer get double charged a deposit and we could not find or figure out how to assist the customer so we called Merchant Services. Within minutes Jessica Luxama was on the case. She found the problem quickly and refunded our customer. Great customer service from them which also made us look good to our customer for such a speedy response. Thank you Jessica and Merchant One.

Exceeded Expectations
Placed my order on Tuesday, received my Clover reader on Friday, training on Monday, and I am now up and running. The sales team was great, the trainer was patient and answered all of our questions, and the experience exceeded my expectations. I have gone through the Clover reports, and the sales and tax reports are exactly what I need. It's rare when someone and something performs exactly as promised. Great job, Merchant One.
