I have requested to modify my Invoice format about 5 days ago and as I write this note it is still not done, then yesterday I called to follow up with the gentleman I spoke with he seemed to be disturbed about my call, I also requested to review my account for to possible lower my fee and transaction charges as I am a customer for more than 2 years now. Katrina was beyond fantastic
Katrina was beyond fantastic. I called on the phone and she gave me some info. After we hung up and I was in the middle of trying to solve my problem, Katrina called back realized I was trying to get into a different part [my statements] and spend almost 30 minutes walking me through the process. This is what customer service is all about. While reviewing my account she also found a mistake on my account that which gave me a credit of arond d $119. What more can I say. She was great!
