Mark Corry provided exceptional customer service in helping me set up the card reader. I called him at 5:00 on a Friday to get help with my nonprofit's fundraiser the next day. Mark stayed late on a Friday night to walk me through step-by-step how to set up the card processor. He was very patient and provided excellent customer service. Merchant One definitely does not make…
Merchant One definitely does not make processing easy. It's been a nightmare to try and close my account. Over a month and a half and they still are taking fees out of my bank account. Endless hours on the phone being transferred from one agent to another. Really frustrating. Seems they are only interested in getting as much money as they can from my account. I do not recommend them at all!

First time using and it was pretty…
First time using and it was pretty simple. We used other merchants in the past that we had to jump through hoops to get or money. Merchant one has us up and running within a day of signing up. There staff answer our calls very quickly and answer all questions. Highly recommend. We are a small family own business and where treated as a big corporate

True customer service
I was told that I would get a call back when the changes to my account took place. To my surprise, I got a phone call when the changes went thru. That is truly customer service!
