I never had an issue with Merchant One. Kira was very helpful to me today and fast. I didn't have to spend hrs. on the phone. Kira was very informative.

Tanya figured out what the problem was…
Tanya figured out what the problem was on my billing FYI every time you get a new phone it sets up a new account. So I had 10 phones over a series of years which I didn't know that was $5 a pop so I was paying $50 a month for like 10 phones that I've had over the latest years that I was having to pay for that account for that phone. Merchant one made it right.

I had high hopes for this company for…
I had high hopes for this company for my One man Barbershop operation! Margarita was very enthusiastic setting me up, however It was hard to reach her when I had an immediate issue! Said that I would receive funds the next day but still haven’t received any funds now over 48 hours later! Tomorrow they say! I feel like I was mislead and misinformed! Do not recommend
